Bell Homestead is a Canadian national historic site. This is the home where Alexander Graham Bell lived when he invented the telephone in 1874. It has since been renovated with actual Bell family furnishings and other period pieces. Guided tours show how the Bell family would have gone about day-to-day tasks during that time and give visitors an insight into one of the most important inventions of all time. A picnic area, washrooms, giftshop and cafe are all situated on the premises. Address: 94 Tutela Heights Road Brantford ON Canada N3T 1A1
